The blade is made from stainless steel DSR1K6, and the handle is made from Zelkova wood - Japanese elm.

Note: The cutter is delivered in the original cardboard box.

Maintenance

Avoid using a dishwasher, which can damage the blade edge and wooden handle. Only wash by hand with a mild detergent and dry well after use. Store in a dry place to prevent steel oxidation. The blade is made from stainless steel and therefore does not require much care. However, it is important to keep the blade clean and dry after use. SHIZU-HAMONO_BRAND-SLIM
