Product detailed description

Morinoki Soft Cheese Knife Shizu Hamono

This Japanese knife is specially designed for slicing soft cheeses, such as brie, camembert, or gorgonzola. Thanks to its narrow blade and fine serrations, it minimizes cheese sticking to the blade, allowing clean and precise cuts. The sharp tip can be used for picking up pieces of cheese or removing hard edges. The wavy and serrated blade is also great for slicing steaks, bread, vegetables, or fruits. Morinoki is a range of kitchen knives and tools for everyday use, characterized by a simple yet thoughtful design. The stainless steel blades offer durability and easy maintenance. Knives from this series are lightweight, functional, and have a distinctive shape. Special attention was paid to the original angular handles made from Japanese elm, giving the knives a pleasant, rustic appearance. This range is ideal for chefs of all levels who are looking for a reliable knife that doesn't require much pampering.

SHIZU-HAMONO_BRAND-SLIM
