Pallarés Solsona Cleaver with Stainless Steel Blade

The Pallarés kitchen cleaver with a generous stainless steel blade and riveted handle made from stabilized wood. It is a medium-sized cleaver for home use and smaller butchery tasks. The handle is pleasantly smooth to the touch and highly resistant to moisture. Meat cleavers have versatile uses. Due to their large weight, they are ideal for cutting large pieces of meat into smaller, easily manageable pieces. Their large, sharp blade easily cuts through meat, fat, and, if necessary, skin. The strong blade, designed for demanding kitchen tasks, can also cut through small poultry bones. Besides meat, they are also used for chopping hard vegetables that smaller knives cannot handle, or for quickly crushing ingredients such as ginger or garlic.
