    Ham knife from Pallarés Solsona

    Ham knife with a stainless steel blade. In Catalonia, where it originates, it is mostly popular for festive lunches and dinners. This traditional knife has an extra-long blade for smooth and precise cuts and is made from durable stainless steel with high-quality heat treatment typical for Pallarés, ensuring excellent sharpness. Because of this, it is also well-suited as a filleting knife in addition to its original purpose. The blade has a slight bend, being moderately stiff. The durable handle is made from hard boxwood.

    Stainless steel 12C27, boxwood. Boxwood, known in Czech as zimostráz, is a hard wood with high density. It was once used for its properties to make pétanque balls, and today mainly for musical instruments.

    Maintenance
