    An excellent universal kitchen knife from Pallarès Solsona made from stainless steel with a handle made of hard ebony wood. The knife is well-balanced, light, and precise. The typical and unmistakable Catalan shape is ideal for cutting with a rocking motion that naturally follows the blade's curvature. Thanks to its practical size, it is a versatile helper in the kitchen, suitable for smaller fruit and vegetables, cheeses, and meats. It has a rounded, tapering handle that fits comfortably in the hand. Handcrafted in Catalonia in the workshops of Pallarès, the last remaining knife and tool manufacturer in the town, which was once dotted with small knife-making workshops.
