    Hand-forged meat fork made of stainless steel with an olive wood handle. The sharp fork with two prongs is ideal for turning larger pieces of meat on the grill or pan. It is also a great aid when slicing and portioning poultry or ham. The olive wood used for the handle has excellent properties in the kitchen, offering high resistance to water and moisture while being pleasant and soft to the touch.

    PALLARES_BRAND-SLIM

    Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století. Firma Pallarès, založená v roce 1917, je dnes posledním svědkem slavného průmyslu výroby nožů ve městě. Firma Pallarès byla založena bratry Lluísem a Carlesem Pallarèsem Canalem, kteří se brzy proslavili kvalitními noži, jež prodávali v regionu Solsonés, a také v provinciích Barcelona a Girona. Na začátku nového století převzala vedení firmy třetí generace. Modernizace a adaptace na nové technologie pokračovaly a trh se rozšířil i do Francie, Švýcarska, Německa a několika jihoamerických zemí.
