    Handmade Cutlery by Pallarès Solsona

    The cutlery by Pallarès is light, comfortable, and perfectly balanced, ideal for everyday use. The hand-polished handle made of boxwood has a traditional round shape, typical of Pallarès, and provides a pleasant grip as well as a beautiful rustic appearance. The spoon is perfect for soups, creams, and desserts, but also for tasting dishes while cooking - the wooden handle does not heat up as much. Spoons and forks are available in two sizes, larger for main courses and smaller for desserts or fruit salads. The knife has a stainless steel blade with a length of 12 cm and is perfect both for the table and in the kitchen, as a versatile assistant in food preparation. Choose individually or combine cutlery and create a perfect set, which will quickly find its permanent place in the kitchen and at the table.

    Stainless steel, boxwood. 
    Boxwood, in Czech zimostráz, is a hard wood with high density. It was once used for its properties, for example, in the production of pétanque balls, today mainly for musical instruments.

    Maintenance

    Wash the cutlery by hand and then dry it. Avoid the dishwasher, which can cause damage to the blade and wooden handle. For regular sharpening, we recommend the natural sharpening stone from Pallarés Solsona. The wet method on a sharpening stone can also be used, for example, our Japanese sharpening stone KING.
