    Small kitchen knives by Pallarés Solsona made of stainless steel and olive wood handles. The knives are lightweight and perfectly balanced, ideal for everyday use. They feature beautifully crafted and ergonomically shaped handles. Olive wood is durable and long-lasting, yet lightweight and features a beautiful grain. This varies from piece to piece, making each knife a unique item. As with all knives from Pallarés Solsona, the blade is hand-forged and sharpened. These sizes, with blade lengths ranging from 8 to 12 centimeters, are perfect for both the dining table and the kitchen as a versatile tool for food preparation.

    Pallarés Solsona is primarily a family business specializing in the production of knives with wide applications and other primarily kitchen tools. However, their portfolio also includes garden shears or axes. Today, they are the only manufacturer of their kind in the town of Solsona, which was once dotted with small factories. With more than 100 years of experience, they easily become a symbol of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship.     Note: The color and grain of the wood can vary from piece to piece.

    Maintenance

    Wash knives by hand. Avoid using a dishwasher, as it can cause damage to the blade and wooden handle. For regular sharpening, we recommend the natural sharpening stone by Pallarés Solsona. The wet method on a sharpening stone can also be used, for example, the Japanese sharpening stone KING or Synthetic grinding stone Suehiro GS.

    PALLARES_BRAND-SLIM

    Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století. Firma Pallarès, založená v roce 1917, je dnes posledním svědkem slavného průmyslu výroby nožů ve městě. Firma Pallarès byla založena bratry Lluísem a Carlesem Pallarèsem Canalem, kteří se brzy proslavili kvalitními noži, jež prodávali v regionu Solsonés, a také v provinciích Barcelona a Girona. Na začátku nového století převzala vedení firmy třetí generace. Modernizace a adaptace na nové technologie pokračovaly a trh se rozšířil i do Francie, Švýcarska, Německa a několika jihoamerických zemí.
