    Japanese Scissors Koedakiri from Tsurumaki Hamono

    Scissors designed for cutting flowers and twigs. They are specially designed for cutting thin branches up to 4 mm in thickness, especially for bonsai. They have the same blade length as bonsai scissors, but their handle is long and thin, which allows the insertion of the blade between leaves and complex branches with good branching without damaging other branches. 

    Ikebana is the traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement that has evolved over centuries. The word "ikebana" literally means "the art of flowers". Ikebana is more than just flower arranging; it is an art form that seeks to express simplicity, harmony, and natural beauty.     Koedakiri scissors are made from carbon steel, so it is necessary to care for the blades. After work, always clean and keep the scissors dry. Regularly oil, let dry, and thoroughly dry. You can use our offered maintenance kit or use camellia oil.
