    Old Dutch Style Planting Trowel by Sneeboer

    The planting trowel by Sneeboer is a unique garden tool with a heart-shaped head that has been handcrafted for over a hundred years in the Netherlands. Its heavy and sturdy construction made of stainless steel and cherry wood is a combination of old Dutch gardening traditions and modern craftsmanship. The handle is ergonomically shaped and finely sanded smoothly, ensuring a comfortable and firm grip during use. The trowel is ideal for planting bulbs, seedlings, and small plants. The heavy blade makes digging into the soil easier and more pleasant, requiring less force.     Maintenance

    Store the tool in a cool and dry place. Before extended storage or frequent use, apply engineering oil to the head, while the handle can be treated with natural oils - such as linseed or camellia oil. For sharpening use a whetstone or puck. Do not heat the blade, for example, with an electric grinding wheel.
