    Fly Fishing Vest SotoLabo

    This fly fishing vest was created in collaboration between SotoLabo and the SHAKER Life café in Karuizawa, a city that offers many outdoor sports, hot springs, and recreational activities. The vest is made in Japan. It is sewn from high-density and functional fabric VENTILE®, which has excellent water repellency and breathability. This material is popular among bird watchers and naturalists because, unlike synthetic fabrics like Gore-Tex, it is quiet during use. The vest has a fastening between the front pockets and adjustable shoulder and hip straps. It offers plenty of storage space for various fishing gear. A landing net can be attached to the D-ring on the back. Fly boxes, leaders, floats, etc., can be stored separately in the left and right front pockets. Pliers can be attached to the strap on the back of the front pocket. There is a large pocket on the back of the vest divided into three sections with partitions, allowing you to store rain gear, snack boxes, water bottles, etc., separately.

    Material

    100% cotton Ventile, made in Japan. It is a very dense fabric made of 100% cotton, developed in the United Kingdom for military pilot uniforms during World War II. It is waterproof and water-repellent, while also allowing moisture to pass through and is breathable. The straps are made of 100% acrylic. 

    Maintenance

    To preserve the fabric for as long as possible, it is recommended to clean only the soiled areas or have the garment cleaned professionally. Do not wash the vest in a washing machine and iron it at lower temperatures.
