    Small Triangular Hoe by Pallarés Solsona

    Hand-forged hoe made of carbon steel with a triangular blade and a curved neck. This is a versatile tool ideal for  weeding, cultivating, and hoeing. The rawer appearance of the hoe reflects its primarily outdoor use, with slight nicks and deviations on the forged iron head being normal and evidence that they were made by hand, not machine. The handle is made of lacquered oak and has a hole for a strap at its end.

    Maintenance

    Carbon steel is strong and durable and requires minimal care to maximize its lifespan. To prevent corrosion, always ensure that the tools are dry when not in use. Do not leave them outside overnight or in the rain. Protect the steel with our camellia oil or another protective oil to prevent rust.

    Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století. Firma Pallarès, založená v roce 1917, je dnes posledním svědkem slavného průmyslu výroby nožů ve městě. Firma Pallarès byla založena bratry Lluísem a Carlesem Pallarèsem Canalem, kteří se brzy proslavili kvalitními noži, jež prodávali v regionu Solsonés, a také v provinciích Barcelona a Girona. Na začátku nového století převzala vedení firmy třetí generace. Modernizace a adaptace na nové technologie pokračovaly a trh se rozšířil i do Francie, Švýcarska, Německa a několika jihoamerických zemí.
