    Product detailed description

    Small round palm brush with a button for better grip. The brush is made from oiled beech wood and hard black boar bristles. Boar bristles have a similar structure to human hair. They absorb the natural oils produced by the scalp and gently distribute them across the hair fibers while brushing. This makes the hair shinier and softer throughout its length. The brush is also suitable for fine and long hair. It is ideal for everyday detangling and thanks to its smaller size, it is also a great travel companion.

    Bürstenhaus Redecker

    Redecker is a manufacturer of natural brushes, brooms, and many other products for body and home care, based in Versmold, Germany. The company's history dates back to 1935, when its founder Friedel Redecker began handcrafting the first brushes. Today, the business is run by the third generation of Redeckers and has gradually expanded from local market sales to supplies in various parts of the world. Their goal is to create sustainable, practical, and durable tools.

    Maintenance

    To clean the brush, apply a small amount of gentle shampoo or soap to the palm and rotate the brush, then rinse and let it dry. 

    If the wood of the brush begins to dry out, you can oil it with camellia or cold-pressed linseed oil. Allow the oil to absorb into the wood well before further use.

    Redecker je výrobce přírodních kartáčů, štětců a mnoha dalších výrobků pro péči o tělo a domácnost se sídlem v německém Versmoldu. Historie společnosti sahá až do roku 1935, kdy její zakladatel Friedel Redecker začal ručně vyrábět první kartáče. Dnes podnik vede již třetí generace Redeckerů a postupně se z prodeje na místních trzích rozšířil na dodávky do různých částí světa. Jejich cílem je vytvářet udržitelné, praktické a trvanlivé nástroje. Důležitá je pro ně také vizuální stránka designu - ačkoli sledují především funkci, jejich věci jsou i krásné a dělají lidem radost při každodenním používání. Nejčastěji používanými materiály jsou místně dostupné dřeviny, jako je buk, dub, hrušeň a jasan. Dřevo zpracovávají neošetřené, případně ho olejují nebo voskují. K jejich výrobkům neodmyslitelně patří také různé druhy štětin a vláken, zejména kančí, koňské a kozí chlupy a rostlinná vlákna, jako je tampico, arenga, sisal a rýžová sláma.
