    Planting Dibber by Sneeboer

    This planting dibber is designed to quickly dig planting holes to the desired depth and width. The unusually shaped dibber is a joy to use. The handle made of ash wood fits perfectly in the hand and allows for a comfortable grip when working in a kneeling or sitting position. The curved shape of the handle also allows for more force to be exerted when creating holes without straining the wrist. The handle is steam-bent using a traditional method, which softens the wood and ensures higher strength compared to commonly cut handles. With its precisely sharpened stainless steel tip, the dibber is extremely effective and usable in both sandy soil and heavy clay. Planting seeds or bulbs with it is as easy as can be.

    The body of the tools is handmade from stainless steel. The handle is made of ash wood.

    Note: The color of the handle wood may vary slightly. 

    Original gift box from the Sneeboer brand is available for purchase.

    Maintenance

    Store the tool in a cool, dry place. Before long-term storage or frequent use, apply engineering oil to the head, and the handle can be treated with natural oils - e.g., linseed or camellia oil. For sharpening, use a whetstone or puck. Do not overheat the blade using, for example, an electric grinding wheel.
