    Nisaku Hori Hori Namibagata with Leather Sheath 

    The Japanese Hori Hori knife by Nisaku is a versatile tool for gardening or camping. Hori-Hori knives were originally designed for digging edible plants in deep mountains, so they are lightweight, durable, and multifunctional. The blade is made of stainless steel and is sharpened on both sides. Its curve allows for scooping and sifting soil. The blade is serrated on one side, making it suitable for cutting roots and hard plant material. The back part is additionally marked with a scale in inches and millimeters, making it useful for digging holes for seedlings. The Hori Hori knife can thus be used for various gardening tasks such as digging, planting, transplanting, cutting, and pruning. With its  durable construction , it has also become a popular tool for camping and nature trips. The leather sheath is also perfect for these purposes, which can be attached to a belt.

Nisaku manufactures its products domestically and focuses almost exclusively on hand tools for gardening.     The blade is made of 420J2 stainless steel, set into a beechwood handle.

    Note: The package includes a protective leather cover.

    Maintenance

    No special maintenance is required. After each use, simply wipe the tool with a dry cloth, remove dirt, and store it in a dry place.
