    Magnetic knife rack Pallarés Solsona

    The things you use in the kitchen every day deserve to have their own permanent and easily accessible place. Proper knife storage is also essential for preserving their sharpness and ensuring a long service life. The Pallarés magnetic rack is a functional alternative to traditional slotted knife blocks. Its all-wood construction conceals powerful magnets that hold knives firmly in place. When being stored, the blade touches only the wood, so there is no risk of scratching or damaging the edge. The open design also allows you to immediately see and identify the desired knife profile and ensures easy maintenance of the rack itself.

    Materials and maintenance

    The rack is made of natural solid wood.



    Wipe off dust and dirt using only a slightly damp cloth, then dry the surface immediately. Do not leave the wood damp for extended periods. To revive the surface and prevent it from drying out, you can occasionally treat the wood with a thin layer of food-safe mineral oil.

    Good to know

    Take extra care when removing and placing knives. When placing a knife on the rack, first bring the spine of the blade to the rack, and only then lower the edge, so that the magnet’s attractive force does not cause the edge to strike the wood uncontrollably. Always store knives on the rack when they are clean and completely dry. Place the rack on a stable, level surface out of the reach of children.
