After use, wash the scraper with detergent and lukewarm water and wipe with a towel. It is necessary to keep the wooden part dry, so do not leave the scraper soaking in the sink. The wood can be renewed with camellia oil or cold-pressed linseed oil. Allow the oil to soak into the wood well before the next use.
