Usage

The guide made of non-slip nylon is easily attached to the back of the knife and keeps the blade at the correct angle during sharpening. The guide is designed to hold firmly on the knife and can therefore cause surface scratching on some blades. This can be prevented by using adhesive tape or a small piece of cloth placed between the guide and the knife blade. Always ensure that this measure does not disrupt the non-slip properties of the guide.

Note:  The guide is ideal for knives with a blade width of at least 20 mm at its narrowest part. It is not suitable for knives with a bulky spine, such as deba knives.

Maintenance

Wash after each use and dry thoroughly before storing.
