    Great Dixter Garden Trowel by Sneeboer

    The Great Dixter trowel is part of the collection of small hand garden tools that are ideal for working in smaller gardens and for detailed modifications. These amazing tools are made from high-quality stainless steel, which ensures a stylish appearance and corrosion resistance. The ash handle provides a comfortable grip and high durability. Additionally, the tools are easy to handle, ergonomic, and at the same time very durable, allowing users to perform efficient and precise work for many years. The Great Dixter garden trowel features a narrow, long, and sharp blade that can reach and cut through even deep roots of unwanted weeds. It is very sturdy, and therefore can also be used for planting bulbs. It is named after an English manor where the famous English gardener Christopher Lloyd lived and gardened, and whose favorite tool was this very trowel.

    The trowel head is made of stainless steel. The handle is made of ash wood.

    Note: The color of the wood handle may vary slightly. 

    Option to purchase the original gift box from Sneeboer.

    Maintenance

    Store the tool in a cool and dry place. Before long-term storage or frequent use, apply machine oil to the blade; the handle can be treated with natural oils - e.g., linseed or camellia oil. For sharpening, use a whetstone or puck. Do not heat the blade, e.g., with an electric grinding wheel.
