    Pallarés Solsona 

    Pallarés Solsona is primarily a family business specializing in the production of knives with wide-ranging uses and other predominantly kitchen tools. Their portfolio also includes garden shears or axes. Today, they are the only manufacturer of their kind in the city of Solsona, which was once dotted with small workshops. With more than 100 years of experience, they easily become a symbol of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Their rich story and passion for honest production are the key values on which this love brand builds its fame.

    Material

    Stainless steel, boxwood, natural leather. Boxwood, known in Czech as "zimostráz", is a hard wood with high density. It was once used for its properties, for example, in the production of petanque balls, and today it's mainly used for musical instruments.

    Maintenance

    No special maintenance is required. Ideally, wash the cutlery, especially the knife, by hand. Avoid the dishwasher, which can cause damage to the blade and wooden handle.

    PALLARES_BRAND-SLIM

    Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století. Firma Pallarès, založená v roce 1917, je dnes posledním svědkem slavného průmyslu výroby nožů ve městě. Firma Pallarès byla založena bratry Lluísem a Carlesem Pallarèsem Canalem, kteří se brzy proslavili kvalitními noži, jež prodávali v regionu Solsonés, a také v provinciích Barcelona a Girona. Na začátku nového století převzala vedení firmy třetí generace. Modernizace a adaptace na nové technologie pokračovaly a trh se rozšířil i do Francie, Švýcarska, Německa a několika jihoamerických zemí.
