    Řemeslo není jen práce rukama, ale způsob přemýšlení o věcech, které mají vznikat pomalu a dobře. Opakování, přesnost a pozornost k detailu jsou důležitější než rychlost nebo efekt. Každý nástroj má své místo a svůj účel - od pil, dlát a nožů až po brusné kameny, nůžky nebo pracovní zástěry. Důležitá je kvalita materiálu, spolehlivost a pocit, že věci vydrží roky používání. Řemeslo není o výkonu, ale o vztahu k práci, která má smysl.
