    Aluminum toaster Baw-Loo single by Tamaki

    Baw-Loo is a classic Japanese direct (non-electric) toaster manufactured by Tamaki Kinzoku. It allows you to make delicious sandwiches directly over a gas stove flame. Thanks to its lightweight pressure-cast aluminum construction and compact dimensions, it can be used both at home and in nature. The aluminum alloy ensures even heat distribution even when using a smaller flame. The outer crust becomes beautifully golden brown while the inside of the sandwich remains juicy. The toaster can prepare one sandwich at a time. It also features an internal non-stick finish, making it easy to maintain. Baw-Loo has a proven design with over 50 years of tradition, offering a unique taste and a fun way to prepare grilled sandwiches.

With over 100 years of experience, the company has built a strong reputation for precision metal processing. Its most famous product is the compact aluminum Baw-Loo toaster, designed for direct sandwich grilling, with an original design that emerged over 50 years ago.

    Material

    The grilling body is made from pressure-cast aluminum, coated on the inside with a non-stick layer (fluororesin, which contains neither PFOA nor PFOS). The handle is made of stainless steel and bakelite with high resistance to heat and mechanical damage.

    Maintenance

    Before first use, wash the toaster, then apply a thin layer of oil and heat briefly. Do not use on induction cooktops. Use only a moderate flame for cooking and prevent the handle from overheating. After each use, let the sandwich maker cool down before cleaning it. Wash by hand with mild soap and a soft sponge, avoid abrasive cleaning agents and dishwashers. Store in a dry place to prevent rusting and to maintain the toaster's quality and longevity.
