The elegant set contains 15 sheets of Japanese Mino Washi paper. This is a type of paper that is made according to a tradition several hundred years old. It is made from paper mulberry, a plant that grows in the city of Mino. Due to its high quality, the paper was once used in many traditional crafts in the city, including the making of lanterns, umbrellas, and fans. In 2014, it was included on the UNESCO intangible cultural heritage list. The sheets in the set are unprinted, so you can write on them vertically or horizontally, or draw on them. In two corners, there is a small forest horn gently printed - the iconic Gekkoso logo. It also includes one thicker sheet with lines for precise writing.
