    Spare Blade for Hand Saw Z-Saw Dozuki

    Spare saw blade for Japanese hand saw Z-saw Dozuki. The saw blade is secured in the saw using a hook (Hook-Fit). There are two variants available: Hardwood - has robust and sharp teeth for cutting complex joints in hard wood. Ideal for precise cutting of dovetails or tenons. Suitable for ebony, mahogany, walnut, oak, and others.
    Fine - has extremely fine teeth for exceptionally fine cutting and precise wood working. Ideal for precise carpentry joints. There is no fraying when cutting thin boards. The blade is suitable for fine cutting of soft wood, such as pine, cedar, fir, spruce.

    Blade Replacement Procedure

    A: Removing the old saw blade:
    1. For safety reasons, wrap the blade in a cloth or towel, or use gloves.
    2. Tap the front edge of the blade on a small block of wood to loosen the edge.
    3.Pulled the blade out from the spine.
    B: Installing the new blade: 
    1. For safety reasons, wrap the blade in a cloth or towel, or use gloves.
    2. Hook the blade into the spine.
    3. Tap the spine on a small block of wood to secure the blade.

    Material and Maintenance

    Hardened steel. 

    Proper care of the saw blade will increase work efficiency and extend its lifespan. After using the saw blade, always clean it of all residues. Regularly oil it. When storing, wrap the saw blade in anti-corrosion or newspaper paper.
