Manufacturer

Pallarés Solsona is primarily a family-owned company specializing in the production of knives with wide utilization and other predominantly kitchen tools. Their portfolio also includes garden shears and axes. Today, they are the only manufacturer of their kind in the town of Solsona, which was once dotted with small factories. With more than 100 years of experience, they easily become a symbol of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Their rich story and passion for genuine production are the key values upon which this love brand builds its reputation.

Material

Stainless steel 12C27, polyethylene resin.

Note: The knife pairs excellently with a leather sheath by Pallarés of size 12 cm.

Maintenance

For regular sharpening, we recommend a natural sharpening stone by Pallarés Solsona. After long periods of use, the knife may begin to lose its natural smooth operation; this is completely normal with Slipjoint type locks. To restore, simply put a drop of camellia oil on the end of the blade hidden in the handle when the knife is in the open position. Then close and open the knife a few times to let the oil flow into the pivot.

PALLARES_BRAND-SLIM

Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století.
