18-8 stainless steel with a brushed finish and bakelite with high resistance to heat and mechanical damage.

Maintenance

Wash the kettle by hand with mild soap and a soft sponge, avoiding abrasive cleaning agents. To prevent rust and mineral deposits, empty, rinse, and thoroughly dry the kettle after each use. Use medium heat and an appropriately sized cooking area to protect the surface. Baking soda can be used on external stains, and vinegar or citric acid can be used on internal deposits.
