    Lightweight and Durable Aluminum Baking Sheets Mermaid by Samuel Groves

    Ideal for baking in large quantities – Mermaid baking sheets with silver anodized finish are designed for home and professional use. Lightweight and durable sheets easily handle daily use and all-day baking. They are sturdy, stable, and do not warp or twist in the oven. Mermaid cookware is prepared for lifetime use. The sheets are made of aluminum, which is characterized by exceptional thermal conductivity and the ability to ensure even baking in a shorter time. The smooth satin surface is the result of the anodizing process, in which the outer layer of aluminum is sealed and strengthened. This creates a surface from which dishes easily release, the sheets are easy to clean, and they do not rust, peel, or release any substances into the food. The surface naturally improves over time, creating a patina that makes the cookware almost non-stick.

    Samuel Groves is a leading British manufacturer of cooking and baking ware, with a history dating back to 1817. All aspects of production are carried out at the local factory in Birmingham and include metal cutting, pressing, turning, welding, manufacturing, and injection molding.     Made from 100% aluminum with an anodized aluminum finish.

    Note: The sheets are delivered in a paper package.

    Maintenance

    Can be used in ovens up to 230 °C / 450 °F / gas mark 8. Use only wooden, silicone, or heat-resistant plastic utensils – avoid metal. Wash the sheets solely by hand in warm soapy water and dry immediately. Do not use a dishwasher. For preventing sticking, use cooking oil or baking paper. Acidic foods left on the sheet may leave marks.
