After use, wash the scraper with detergent and lukewarm water and dry with a towel. The wooden part needs to be kept dry, so do not leave the scraper soaking in the sink. The wood can be restored with camellia or cold-pressed linseed oil. Allow the oil to soak well into the wood before further use.
