    Galvanized Steel Watering Can Haws for Professional Irrigation

    This premium metal watering can is designed for professional and home use. With its long reach, large capacity, and brass watering rose with a fine yet strong water spray, it is ideal for watering flower beds, seedlings, and hanging flower pots. The can is galvanized and equipped with a pure zinc bottom for maximum corrosion resistance. Even when fully loaded, it is perfectly balanced and allows for even watering without damaging plants. The oval non-drip rose ensures a wide spread, speeding up the task. Instead of a tedious and labor-intensive activity, watering easily becomes a pleasant and therapeutic task.
    Each can is handcrafted at the Haws workshop in Smethwick, West Midlands, and undergoes over 200 manufacturing steps. Thanks to its elegant appearance and quality craftsmanship, it is also suitable as a gift. The can is supplied with a brass watering rose with a fine water spray and an attachment for watering hanging baskets and flower pots.

    Material

    Galvanized steel (HGD), brass. 
    HDG means “hot-dip galvanized.” This process involves immersing the steel can in a molten zinc bath. The zinc coats the surface of the can inside and out, creating a protective layer against corrosion. Excess zinc is subsequently removed to make the surface as smooth as possible without compromising the protective coating. Therefore, one should expect a slightly rough or mottled appearance of the galvanized surface.

    Maintenance

    Here are some recommendations to keep your can looking like new for as long as possible. Use only clean water in the can and do not let it stand inside for long. Avoid all chemicals such as fertilizers and sprays. Do not expose the can to direct sunlight or frost for extended periods. Also, avoid sharp impacts or drops on hard surfaces.
