    Carbon steel is incredibly strong and durable and requires minimal care to maximize its lifespan. To prevent corrosion, always ensure that the tool is dry when not in use. Do not leave it outside overnight or in the rain. Any rust deposits can be removed with oil, such as camellia oil, or rust remover.

    PALLARES_BRAND-SLIM

    Nožířství v Solsoně má dlouhou tradici sahající až do 16. století. Firma Pallarès, založená v roce 1917, je dnes posledním svědkem slavného průmyslu výroby nožů ve městě. Firma Pallarès byla založena bratry Lluísem a Carlesem Pallarèsem Canalem, kteří se brzy proslavili kvalitními noži, jež prodávali v regionu Solsonés, a také v provinciích Barcelona a Girona. Na začátku nového století převzala vedení firmy třetí generace. Modernizace a adaptace na nové technologie pokračovaly a trh se rozšířil i do Francie, Švýcarska, Německa a několika jihoamerických zemí.
