    Gentle Hand Broom Redecker

    This hand broom is designed for efficient sweeping of fine dust and dirt. Its body is made from oiled beech wood, ensuring durability and a pleasant grip. The bristles made from split horsehair are exceptionally soft and ideal for sweeping fine dust. The dense bundle adapts to any surface and effectively removes dust, sand, and dirt without leaving residues. The decoratively shaped handle features a leather hanging loop at the end.

    Manufacturer

    Redecker is a manufacturer of natural brushes, brushes, and many other products for body and household care based in Versmold, Germany. The company's history dates back to 1935 when its founder Friedel Redecker began handcrafting the first brushes. Today the business is run by the third generation of the Redeckers and has gradually expanded from selling at local markets to supplying various parts of the world. Their goal is to create sustainable, practical, and durable tools.

    Maintenance

    Wash the broom with lukewarm water and mild cleaner. After washing, squeeze out excess water and let it dry in the fresh air or at room temperature. The wood can be renewed with camellia oil or cold-pressed linseed oil. Let the oil soak well into the wood before further use.

    Redecker je výrobce přírodních kartáčů, štětců a mnoha dalších výrobků pro péči o tělo a domácnost se sídlem v německém Versmoldu. Historie společnosti sahá až do roku 1935, kdy její zakladatel Friedel Redecker začal ručně vyrábět první kartáče. Dnes podnik vede již třetí generace Redeckerů a postupně se z prodeje na místních trzích rozšířil na dodávky do různých částí světa. Jejich cílem je vytvářet udržitelné, praktické a trvanlivé nástroje. Důležitá je pro ně také vizuální stránka designu - ačkoli sledují především funkci, jejich věci jsou i krásné a dělají lidem radost při každodenním používání. Nejčastěji používanými materiály jsou místně dostupné dřeviny, jako je buk, dub, hrušeň a jasan. Dřevo zpracovávají neošetřené, případně ho olejují nebo voskují. K jejich výrobkům neodmyslitelně patří také různé druhy štětin a vláken, zejména kančí, koňské a kozí chlupy a rostlinná vlákna, jako je tampico, arenga, sisal a rýžová sláma.
