Pallarés Solsona 

Pallarés Solsona is primarily a family company specializing in the production of knives with wide usage and other mainly kitchen tools. However, their portfolio also includes garden shears and axes. Today, they are the only producer of their kind in the town of Solsona, which was once filled with small manufactories. With more than 100 years of experience, they easily become a symbol of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship. Material

Carbon steel. Carbon steel is harder than stainless steel and retains its edge a bit longer. However, it requires a bit of love and care, as it tends to oxidize if not properly maintained. It is also natural for carbon steel to develop a patina over time.

Note: In all pieces, the handles around the joint are blackened from workshop assembly. This is not a defect.

Maintenance

Carbon steel is incredibly strong and durable and requires minimal care to maximize its lifespan. To prevent corrosion, always ensure the tool is dry when not in use. Do not leave it outside overnight or in the rain. Protect the steel with our camellia oil or another protective oil to prevent rust formation. Oil or wax the handle from time to time.
