    Traditional Dough Whisk Redecker 

    The dough whisk is a simple yet extraordinarily effective tool that combines the advantages of a spoon, whisk, and spatula – becoming a classic among traditional baking tools. Its unique design originates from Denmark and is particularly popular among bakers who prepare sourdough breads, leavened doughs, bundt cakes, or cookie doughs. Thanks to its open spiral shape, it universally mixes both dry and wet ingredients without the dough sticking. Mixing is thus quick and efficient, without forming lumps. Unlike a regular whisk, the dough does not stick or get tangled, which significantly facilitates work and subsequent cleaning. Another advantage is that the dough is not unnecessarily aerated during mixing, which is ideal, especially for denser and more compact doughs that require delicate but thorough processing.

The company's history dates back to 1935 when its founder Friedel Redecker began handcrafting the first brushes. Today, the business is run by the third generation of the Redecker family and has gradually expanded from local market sales to delivering products to various parts of the world. Their goal is to create sustainable, practical, and durable tools.

    Maintenance

    Almost no residues remain between the wires, and the whisk only needs to be rinsed. After use, simply rinse under warm water or wash in warm soapy water. Do not use a dishwasher.

    Redecker je výrobce přírodních kartáčů, štětců a mnoha dalších výrobků pro péči o tělo a domácnost se sídlem v německém Versmoldu. Historie společnosti sahá až do roku 1935, kdy její zakladatel Friedel Redecker začal ručně vyrábět první kartáče. Dnes podnik vede již třetí generace Redeckerů a postupně se z prodeje na místních trzích rozšířil na dodávky do různých částí světa. Jejich cílem je vytvářet udržitelné, praktické a trvanlivé nástroje. Důležitá je pro ně také vizuální stránka designu - ačkoli sledují především funkci, jejich věci jsou i krásné a dělají lidem radost při každodenním používání. Nejčastěji používanými materiály jsou místně dostupné dřeviny, jako je buk, dub, hrušeň a jasan. Dřevo zpracovávají neošetřené, případně ho olejují nebo voskují. K jejich výrobkům neodmyslitelně patří také různé druhy štětin a vláken, zejména kančí, koňské a kozí chlupy a rostlinná vlákna, jako je tampico, arenga, sisal a rýžová sláma.
