    Deep Teppan Multi Griddle 29 Pan

    The pan is surprisingly light and easily portable. It will definitely become a great companion for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, climbing, trekking, or camping. Thanks to its high thermal conductivity, it enhances the flavor of ingredients even with a small amount of heat. Although it is made of an aluminum alloy, it has the thermal conductivity of iron sheet. It is coated with a layer of “Innoble Coating”, which is a high-quality hard fluoro-resin that is resistant to corrosion and scratching, and extremely non-stick. It is suitable for any type of heating, just make sure to use it correctly. Cook on low or medium heat and avoid extremely strong heat sources and heating the pan empty. The 29 cm size is a deep type, with a depth of approximately 4 cm in the center, and can hold about 1 liter of water. It is therefore suitable not only for frying but also for cooking with a large amount of water, such as paella, without worrying about boiling over. The high thermal conductivity further enhances the flavor of ingredients. The pan has two handles.

    Material

    Aluminum alloy coated with a layer of “Innoble Coating”, which is a high-quality hard fluoro-resin. The surface has a charcoal pattern. Removable handles are made of walnut wood. 

    Note: The 29 cm size is delivered in original carton packaging, which includes a sturdy textile case for carrying and storage, removable walnut wood handles, and a cork trivet.

    Maintenance and Use

    Maintenance: The pan is equipped with a non-stick surface that prevents food from sticking, and after cooking, it only needs to be wiped clean. It does not rust, and its maintenance is very simple. Before the first use, wash it with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Before the first use, smear it with cooking oil and heat it slightly.

    Use: Cook on low or medium heat and avoid extremely strong heat sources and heating the pan empty. Suitable size for grilling, frying, stewing, and cooking with large amounts of water. It is compatible with heat sources: gas, induction IH cooker, direct fire, charcoal, radiant heater, ceramic heater, halogen heater.
